Hi Doughty Louise, thanks for the comment and sorry for any confusion- I will look very closely at this section and the the others that deal with this for the next edit, so your comment is useful- there's no point in it if it just confuses a reader. I must admit, I myself am not 100% sure about it. Its meant to be able to say something about the way we can become attached to and imprisoned by belief systems (think conspiracy theories) and also provide a mechanism for moving the characters in time and space. It also provides for Trueman's pseudo-scientific basis for his panpsychism which is dealt with in another of the books. It could be I'm trying to get too much in here.

No, its not the end, more to come. When we get to the end, which is still a bit away yet, I wil make it very clear that this particular "book" has indeed ended- probably by finishing it by saying something like "The End" ;-)
